However, if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and get a full refund or exchange. You can return items for up to 10 days from the date you receive it. Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. Products shipped from Singapore follows registered SingPost Airmail postage rate. Products shipped from China follows ePacket Airmail postage rate. Products shipped from US follows USPS postage rate. The postage rates vary between 3-9$.

Question How long will it take to receive my order?
AnswerOrder processing time takes 3 business days before shipment. Deliveries take 5 to 17 business days. It depends what you purchase and where you live.
Question What about possible Custom fees?
AnswerWe are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. While we marked down the value of all parcels to avoid custom fees, by purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
